You will use greenlike.pro in full compliance with all agreements made with Instagram / Facebook / Twitter / YouTube / and other social media platforms on their respective Terms of Service pages.
greenlike.pro may change pricing at any time without prior notice. The payment/refund policy remains in effect in the event of a rate change.
greenlike.pro does not guarantee delivery times for any services. We offer our best estimation of when the order will be delivered, but this is only an estimate, and we will not issue refunds for orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
greenlike.pro strives to deliver what our customers expect. In some cases, we reserve the right to change the type of service if we deem it necessary to complete the order.

2. Services

greenlike.pro should only be used to promote your Instagram / Twitter / Facebook or other social media accounts and to improve your "appearance" only.
We guarantee that with services marked as guaranteed, any lost followers/likes will be replenished free of charge during the guarantee period.
An exception applies if the number of followers/likes is lower than it was when the order was placed—in this case, the guarantee and replenishment will not apply. You must first restore the missing amount before submitting a claim for compensation.
If the service does not specify a guarantee period but is labeled as "non-drop," the standard guarantee is 30 days.
We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you—we only guarantee that you will receive the followers you paid for.
If the link to the page/channel becomes unavailable for any reason during the order process, we DO NOT guarantee a refund. Refunds will only be issued automatically if the service includes such a provision.
We DO NOT guarantee that our accounts will have a profile picture, complete bio, or uploaded images, although we aim to provide this for all accounts.
You will not upload anything to greenlike.pro, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for Instagram / Twitter / Facebook or other social media platforms.
Before placing an order, make sure your account is public and contains no content that violates laws or social media policies (e.g., botting, spam, hacking, drugs, document forgery/sales, adult services). Otherwise, orders may be incorrectly fulfilled and refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Refund policy

Refunds are issued to your internal account balance or payment details within 24 hours after top-up.
If an incorrect or invalid link is provided in the order, the support team reserves the right to deny a refund and reject the order.
We also reserve the right to revoke any followers or likes we have delivered to you or your clients on Instagram / Facebook / Twitter or other platforms.
You will receive a refund to your greenlike.pro account if an order cannot be delivered.
For any service where our support team cannot verify the metrics (e.g., story views, live stream views, etc.), a screenshot may be requested to process a refund or refill.
Fraudulent activities, such as the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in the termination of your account—no exceptions.
Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. In such cases, we cannot guarantee accurate delivery of followers/likes/views and will not issue a refund.

4. Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we use your personal data. We take your privacy seriously and will take all necessary steps to protect your personal information.
Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We will not sell or distribute your information to anyone.
All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.
